Τα Κέντρα Europe Direct υπάγονται στις κατά τόπους αντιπροσωπείες της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, οπότε το Europe Direct Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης, υπάγεται στην Αντιπροσωπεία της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής στην Ελλάδα.
