“Building Bridges, Breaking the Walls: Managing Refugee Crisis in Europe” is a long lerm project which is intended for 32 youth workers, youth educators, members of civil society organizations from 15 European Union and the Neighboring Partner countries who are ready to actively fight against radicalization, discrimination and intolerance against refugees and migrants in their countries and who want to transfer the knowledge they gained in the project to the youth in their organizations and countries.

The target group are LGBTQI activists, human rights educators and youth workers. This method offers empowerment to disadvantaged groups through the innovative cooperative artistic expression. It facilitates communication of dividing topics and resolution of fueled conflicts. TO allows transformation of audience's understanding of the topics by active involvement of spectators into the process.

Το Σχέδιο Κατάρτισης, που έχει ως στόχο την αύξηση της συμμετοχής των νέων στα κοινά και στη πολιτική ζωή, εξοπλίζοντας τους συμμετέχοντες με τα εργαλεία και τις δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται για τη συμμετοχή τους στη διαδικασία λήψης αποφάσεων, αναμένεται να πραγματοποιηθεί 7 με 15 Δεκεμβρίου στη Γερμανία.
