The main goal of this seminar, organised by the European Confederation of Youth Clubs - ECYC, is to set up a series of exchanges between youth workers and youth policy stakeholders to present and discuss the needs of youth workers in the prevention of processes of youth radicalisation leading to violent extremism. During a full four day meeting in Brussels, youth workers will have the chance to re-view work dedicated to this topic, exchange ideas and practices, and formulate key messages for the use of youth policy actors at European level.

The idea behind of the project is quite simple but powerful and innovative – to transform learning experience to real communication and use learning outcomes through communication means that can be used for communicational strategies during the implementation of the projects under Erasmus + Programme (Key Action 1: Mobility of young people and youth workers).

Appling for the project participants should take into account that they will participate in two project activities.

This European training is dedicated to sharing best practices in youth work as a method of prevention of violent radicalisation of youth. This activity will consist of workshops, lectures, group work and the sharing of experiences and challenges. This activity will also include input from experts researching religious radicalisation and young extremist behavior. Participants will share best practice examples and engage with their own nations’ policies and responses to extremism/radicalisation.

“DIY: my first youth exchange” is a training course for newcomers to Erasmus+ YіА in Russian. It will focus on development of youth exchange projects by youngsters who are willing to know more about youth projects and develop their own Youth Exchange.

The main aim of The Impact of Youth Work Training is to understand why it is important to measure the impact of youth work and Erasmus+ projects. It also discusses the reasons why impact should be made visible and who we should address with our evaluation results. The training discusses the ideas of impact, effectiveness, equality and quality in relation to the nature of youth work.

Immigration is a hot topic in Europe and is having an impact on each of us. How can we respond to it as a community and not only as individual? What is the role that youth workers can play? This TC aims to answer to these questions!

This 2-day training course is built 100% on project experience and real-life examples.
