An EU consortium has encouraged proteomics research in Europe by making new facilities and technologies widely available to life science researchers.
The EU-funded PRIME-XS (Proteomics research infrastructure maximising knowledge exchange and access (XS)) consortium provided access to proteomics infrastructure to the European biomedical research community. Twelve leading centres in the field of proteomics from nine countries are developing new methods and tools and making their facilities available to researchers.
